HIP HOP

A contemporary Hip Hop syllabus with warm-ups, progressions, combinations and routines in varied Hip Hop styles.

Basic Hip Hop movements include Slides, Walks, Mono, Foot Co-ordination, Glides, Turns, Introduction to Poppin’, House, Waving, and many more.

Routine styles include Lyrical Hip Hop, Groove, Fast, R&B, Tribal & more.

 

 

 

 

Hip Hop grades are:

  • Pre-Primary (choreographed by Mike Dorrington)
  • Primary (choreographed by Melissa Dance)
  • Grade 1 (choreographed by Kylie Alexander)
  • Grade 2 (choreographed by Melissa Dance)
  • Grade 3 (choreographed by B.J Rorke)
  • Grade 4 (choreographed by Kylie Alexander)
  • Grade 5 (choreographed by Kylie Alexander)
  • Elementary (choreographed by B.J Rorke)

Teaching Certificate III can be taken at 16 years after successfully completing Elementary standard.
